  • 1 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ teaspoon</

Method

Wash, peel caps and stems, of the mushrooms, drain dry between towels. Place in spider with butter and seasoning. Cover and cook 20 minutes, tossing them. Serve on hot slices of toast.
