  • 1 can peas
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup White Sauce
  • Few grains sugar

Method

Drain liquid from can of peas into colander and rinse with cold water. Add milk or cream a little butter, salt, sugar and pepper or White Sauce, or add a little meat gravy, or soup stock; serve hot.
