  • 8 green peppers
  • 1 lb. lean raw beef


Cut off stem end and remove seeds from green peppers. Mix meat with egg and seasonings. Fill peppers with meat mixture. Slice onions in a stew pan—cover slightly with water and stew peppers until well done.
