  • 6 hot, boiled potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • cup hot mi


Rub the hot potatoes through a ricer, or mash and add the rest of the ingredients in their order. Beat with a fork until light and creamy. Serve hot.

With Onions—Any kind of fat may be used and the milk omitted. An onion may be chopped fine and browned in the fat and poured over the potatoes.
