Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated, boiled potatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • sour cream

Method

Sour cream enough to make it possible to knead the mixture. Roll it out thin as you can and cut with biscuit cutter. Fry in hot lard. Serve hot.
