  • tablespoons soup stock
  • tablespoons white wine
  • tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon French mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 yolks of eggs


Mix dry ingredients, add the rest and place in double boiler. Cook 10 minutes or until thick and smooth, stirring constantly.
