  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon


Mix the ingredients, add and stir well with beaten yolks, then add the vinegar. Boil in double boiler until thick. Take from the stove, and add the butter or fat and the juice of the lemon Thin with cream or lemon juice just before serving.
