Cucumber Salad

• 1 large cucumber
• Ice water
• French Dressing
• Lettuce leaves

Lay the cucumbers on the ice, or in ice water, until ½ hour before serving. Then pare and slice them into ice water. Just before serving drain off water. Drain, arrange on lettuce leaves and cover with French Dressing.
