  • 1 qt. hot, sliced potatoes
  • 1 medium sized onion (chopped fine)
  • French Dressing, hot


Boil potatoes in their jackets and while hot, peel and slice; salt and pepper, add the onion, and mix with hot French dressing. Garnish with parsley or chives. Serve warm or cold. A little sour cream may be added.
