Ingredients

  • 4 small red peppers
  • 8 green peppers
  • ½ small Bermuda onion
  • Chopped

Method

Chop onion very fine and add twice as much chopped parsley as onion. Chop peppers and mix all together and let stand in covered glass fruit can one hour. Shake hard for five minutes and serve very cold on a bed of tender lettuce leaves.
