Pour French Dressing, over the Sweetbreads, that are boiled, cooled and diced. Drain and mix with sliced cucumbers and Mayonnaise Dressing, whitened with whipped cream. Arrange in a salad dish, with a circle of sliced, chilled tomatoes on lettuce leaves, dressed with French Dressing. On the tomato place slices of sweetbread capped with stars of Mayonnaise.
