  • Onion juice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley


Make 1 pint of very Thick White Sauce.

Chop the chicken very fine, and add sauce to make it as soft as can be handled. Cool as in making rice croquettes, and shape and cook in the same way.

Sometimes a beaten egg is added to the sauce before mixing it
