Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large pinch white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • teaspoon salt

Method

Beat the whole eggs till lemon colored, then add rest of the ingredients.

Butter the timbale forms, fill with mixture and forms in a pan half filled with water and bake 15 minutes in moderate oven. Serve with Cream Sauce.
