  • 1 cup creamery cheese, mild
  • ½ cup fine grated bread crumbs
  • 5 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, well beaten


Mix well and roll into small balls; place in wire basket, and just before serving fry in deep hot lard a delicate brown.
