  • 4 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 4 tablespoons grated bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Pepper and salt
  • ½ cup cream
  • 3 yolks
  • 3 whites beaten stiff


Cook in a sauce pan until smooth, bread, cheese, butter and seasoning. Add yolk, then whites of egg. Grease the ramikins, fill three-fourths full and bake six minutes. Serve at once.
