Cut into dice lobster (boiled) and mushrooms, add yellow Cream Sauce, red pepper and salt. Put in shells or ramikins, cover with cracker crumbs and butter, bake light brown. Or chop the boiled lobster and season with salt, red pepper, grated onion. Add one cup White Sauce, and cook together three minutes. Fill the tail shell of the lobster with the above mixture, cover lightly with cracker dust and a little melted butter, and bake fifteen minutes.
