Ingredients

  • 1 lb. brisket of beef
  • 3 lbs. (young chicken)
  • 1 pint Lima beans
  • 1 pint soup stock or water
  • 4 ears corn (cut from cob)
  • 3 potatoes (sliced)
  • 2 tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method

Cook all together until tender and before serving remove the meat and any visible chicken bones.
