Put up 1 cup unwashed rice in frying pan with 4 or 5 tablespoons lard, 5 onions and 2 pieces garlic, minced fine. Fry for ten minutes; add 3 ripe tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes. Add salt and 1 teaspoon paprika. Add water. Cook 1 hour or until done.
