Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ lb. cheese
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste
  • ½ cup cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/16 cayenne pepper
  • 2 yolks

Method

Melt butter in the blazer (over hot water pan), add cheese, anchovy seasoning. Then stir the yolks in the cream and add to the mixture, stirring constantly; when smooth serve on toast.
