  • ¼ cup pimentoes or stuffed olives, chopped
  • ½ cup cottage or Neufchatel cheese, riced<

Method

Add salt to cheese and mix to a smooth paste with a little cream or milk; then gently stir in the pimentoes. One-half cup walnuts, chopped or shredded cocoanut may be added. Spread between thin slices of bread.
