Ingredients

  • Small goose livers
  • 2 tablespoons goose fat
  • 3 hard cooked eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • A little grated onion

Method

Smother goose livers until soft in goose fat, mash into a paste, with the eggs, add salt, red pepper and onion, spread on small, thin slices of toast.
