Ingredients

  • 1 pt cold water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 cup Kirsch wine

Method

Place sugar and water on stove. Mix cornstarch in cold water, and when the water in sauce pan is boiling, add cornstarch and stir for two minutes. Remove from fire and add Kirsch and stir again. Strain and serve with pudding.
