  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder

Method

Make the dough as for biscuit. Pat and roll out ¼ inch thick. Cut into 4 in. squares. Place in the center of each square an apple or other fruit, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon or nutmeg.
