  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon


Heat the butter, add the flour, then the milk and cook until smooth. Add the water and sugar to the chocolate, heat and when chocolate is shiny, mix it with the milk sauce. Cool, stir in the yolks, fold in the whites. Bake in a greased pudding dish, set in a pan of hot water and bake in moderate oven 20 minutes.
