  • 1 pt. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • teaspoon salt

Method

Separate the yolks and whites of eggs. Beat yolks lightly, add the salt and sugar, and beat well. Pour the hot milk slowly into the eggs. Stir constantly until smooth and thick, and train. When cool, flavor with vanilla. Peel and slice oranges or bananas, and place in serving dish.
