  • Blanc-mange
  • oz. bitter chocolate
  • cup boiling water

Method

Follow directions for Blanc-mange. Melt chocolate over boiling water when dissolved; add cup boiling water and stir until smooth, and add to the milk just before taking from fire. Serve with sugar and cream.
