Ingredients

  • 1 doz. lady fingers, or Slices of stale sponge cake
  • 6 bananas
  • 1 pt. whipped cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Method

Cover bottom of serving dish with a layer of the cake put on a layer of sliced bananas, then a layer of the sweetened and flavored whipped cream and so on until the dish is filled. Place on ice for one hour and serve cold.
