  • ½ box gelatine, or
  • 2 tablespoons granulated gelatine
  • ½ cup


Soak gelatine in cold water 2 minutes; add the boiling coffee; when dissolved stir in the sugar and boiling water and when cool the wine. Strain into mould and serve with cream and sugar or with whipped cream. If wine is omitted add more water.
