  • ¼ lb. maple and chocolate, caramels, mixed
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ¾

Method

Melt the caramels with ¼ cup of the cream. Add sugar to eggs, beat well and stir into the melted candy. Fold in the cream, beaten slightly. Freeze.
