Coffee Ice Cream

• 1 quart cream
• 1½ cups scalded milk
• ⅛ cup

Pour the hot milk over the coffee, add 1 cup sugar. Mix the eggs slightly beaten with the remaining sugar; combine the two mixtures and cook over hot water until thickened, add 1 cup of cream, let stand where
