  • oz. chocolate
  • Or ¼ cup cocoa
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 quart cream


Melt the chocolate, add the sugar gradually, and then the hot water slowly. Cool, add cream and flavoring, and then freeze.
