Ingredients

  • 6 yolks
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 6 sticks Maillard's chocolate, grated
  • 1 cup hot milk
  • 1 quart cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

Stir egg and sugar, add grated chocolate melted in the hot milk, then add cream and vanilla, and freeze.
