Ingredients

  • 1 cup rich maple syrup
  • 1 pint cream
  • 4 yolks of eggs
  • 1 white of egg

Method

Heat syrup to the boiling point and pour gradually on the well beaten yolk. Cook in double boiler until thick and when cool, add to the cream, whipped with the white of the egg; freeze.
