  • 1 quart berries
  • 1 quart cream
  • 1 cup hot milk
  • 6 yolks
  • 2 cups sugar


Press and strain the fruit. Beat eggs and sugar well together add fruit juice, then hot milk, and lastly the cream. Freeze.
