Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ cup

Method

Melt the sugar with the water. Stir until dissolved and then boil without stirring until it forms a soft ball in cold water.

Remove from stove and add the claret, cool and serve with ice cream.
