  • 4 cups water
  • ½ cups sugar
  • 2 cups strawberry juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


Make a syrup of sugar and water and boil 20 minutes; cool add strawberries crushed and squeezed through double cheese-cloth; add lemon juice; strain and freeze.
