Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 eggs, beaten very light
  • 1 doz. stale crushed macaroons
  • ¼ lb. assorted crystallized fruit
  • 1 pt. whipped cream
  • Vanilla to taste

Method

When thoroughly mixed put in mould, pack in 4 parts of ice 1 of salt and let stand 3 or 4 hours.
