Ingredients

  • 3 yolks
  • 2 oz. chocolate, grated
  • ½ cup milk

Method

Stir eggs slightly with sugar, add the milk, and the chocolate, shaved; place over boiling water, let cook until it coats the spoon. Cool, then add the whipped cream. Place in mould and pack in ice, 4 parts ice to 1 of salt. Let stand 3 or 4 hours.
