Ingredients

  • Raspberry ice
  • 1 cup double cream
  • White of 1 egg
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Method

Line a 3 pint melon mould with Raspberry Ice. Fill the center with whipped cream, white of egg beaten stiff, powdered sugar and vanilla added before whipping. Let stand packed in equal parts of ice and salt for 3 hours.
