Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon

Method

Mix dry ingredients. Work in butter with the finger tips; add egg; mix. Toss on slightly floured board and roll ¼ inch thick. This makes enough dough for a large oblong pan; used for apple, cheese, blueberry or any other fresh fruit open pie.
