  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 oz. bitter chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons browned bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cream, whipped stiff
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla


Melt the chocolate over hot water, and mix with the eggs, sugar and bread crumbs.

Place on Plain Pastry, and bake 20 minutes in a moderate oven. When, cool and ready to serve spread the whipped cream flavored and sweetened on top.
