Lemon Pie No. 1

• ¼ cup flour or cornstarch
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cu

Mix sugar and flour, add the boiling water slowly and boil until clear, stir frequently. Add butter, the yolks of eggs beaten lightly and lemon. When the mixture is cool, place on a baked crust, Plain Pastry.
