Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, separated
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 lemons, juice

Method

Beat yolk and sugar until light, add the lemon juice, and cook in double boiler until thick; while warm add the beaten whites and put on baked crust. See general rules for Pastry. Place in oven to brown slightly.
