  • 1 lemon, juice and rind
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon


Beat sugar and yolks of eggs until light; add flour, cream and lemon and lastly the beaten whites of eggs.

This is enough custard to pour over two large open fruit kuchens.
