Snowballs

• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon butter

Mix butter, salt and sugar with the egg. Add the cream and brandy and flour to make a stiff dough. Toss on a floured board and roll very thin, in pieces three inches long by two inches wide. Make four one-inch
