Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts
  • 1 small egg
  • ¾ cup confectioner's sugar
  • ½ cup of sour cream
  • A few drops of vanilla

Method

Run nut meats through meat-chopper. Beat the egg well; add the sugar and nut meats, then cream and vanilla, stirring it only enough to mix. Spread between the layers and over top of cake when cold.
