Marshmallow Filling

• 1 lb. marshmallows
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup <

Melt the marshmallows over hot water in double boiler with the milk or water, let cool, then add the cream beaten stiff, and spread between layers of Angel Food Cake.
