Ingredients

  • 1 lb. marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup milk or water

Method

Melt the marshmallows over hot water in double boiler with the milk or water, let cool, then add the cream beaten stiff, and spread between layers of Angel Food Cake.
