Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • Yolk of 1 egg, beaten

Method

Wash salted butter in cold water, remove all water and then beat to a cream; add beaten yolk and gradually the sugar and melted chocolate or the extract to taste.

Use for fillings between layers of cake and for fancy pipings.
