Cut the seeded raisins in quarters; citron in fine pieces, add the seedless raisins, mix well all together, cover and mix well with the flour. Separate the eggs. Cream the butter and sugar thoroughly add the yolks and stir well; then add the spices, wine, brandy and rosewater and lastly the beaten whites alternately with the floured fruit. Place in a large pan and bake in slow oven about 4 hours.
