Ingredients

  • 4 oz. butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 whites of eggs

Method

Cream the butter and add the sugar and stir well. Mix baking powder and flour and add alternately the milk and flour and lastly fold in tire whites beaten very stiff. Bake in two layers in a moderate oven. Frost with Caramel Frosting.
